We won’t let Kinder Morgan be built.
The Kinder Morgan pipeline and tanker project does not have BC’s consent. Whether it’s oil spills that can’t be cleaned up, orcas that will become extinct, bad economics that risk BC jobs and won’t help Alberta, running roughshod over Indigenous rights, or increasing carbon emissions in the age of runaway climate change, government approval of this project is the wrong direction for our region and our world.
We won’t let Kinder Morgan destroy BC’s magnificent coast.
Support First Nations legal strategies
Pull Together to support First Nations lawsuits
The Tsleil-Waututh and other coastal First Nations are poised to launch court challenges. We know from experience in stopping the Enbridge pipeline that defending Indigenous rights in court is a strategic choke point for such projects.
In order to prepare to take their opposition to the pipeline project to the courts, the Tsleil-Waututh Nation need an initial $50k.
Get ready to do more
- Sign the Coast Protectors pledge standing with Grand Chief Stewart Phillip:
“With our voice, in the courts or on the streets, on the water or on the land. Whatever it takes, we will stop the Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion.”
